I'm a registered dietitian in Utah and owner of Sugar House Nutrition LLC. I provide nutritional support for people wanting to reap the many health benefits of the ketogenic (keto) diet. My passion for keto began working with children with severe epilepsy. Witnessing the incredible benefits for this population empowered my study for other potential benefits in health and disease. The keto diet has been criticized as being "unsustainable" and "impractical" however, I believe that with the right guidance the keto diet can become a healthy lifestyle option instead of another diet fad.
