Fat-Fueled Whipped Cream
...for those little treats we make ourselves when we need a little extra fat.
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or flavor of choice)
- ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
- Using a hand mixer, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
- Mix in extract and mix till full incorporated
- Add Erythritol and fold in using a spatula until well mixed.
